Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be processing, making it difficult to accommodate changes. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident in our products and encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re still unsatisfied, you can return the items within 60 days. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at hello@oblixi.com with your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@oblixi.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll assess if you’re eligible for a replacement at no cost. Please note, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for damage due to normal use or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver promptly, but we aren’t responsible for delays caused by couriers or other factors outside our control. For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Ensure the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we aren’t notified within 24 hours, a resend or refund won’t be available.
